Quentin Lang | Based in Kinglake, Victoria, Australia, Quentin is deeply concerned about the future of Australia's native flora and fauna and adds, "that the biggest threat for all native Australian animals and plants is habitat destruction." It is rare to see koalas on the ground as the one shown in his photograph. Quentin was fascinated with the unusual gait it exhibited, alternating legs between front and back paws on opposing sides, lifting them up high into the air, looking quite comical in the process.
