Quentin Lang | Based in Kinglake, Victoria, Australia, Quentin is deeply concerned about the future of Australia's native flora and fauna and adds, "that the biggest threat for all native Australian animals and plants is habitat destruction." It is rare to see koalas on the ground as the one shown in his photograph. Quentin was fascinated with the unusual gait it exhibited, alternating legs between front and back paws on opposing sides, lifting them up high into the air, looking quite comical in the process.

Kim Langille | At home in Riverview, New Brunswick, Canada, Kim is an avid scuba diver, who could not pass up fulfilling her dream of visiting Australia's Great Barrier Reef. Kim made sure to visit the koalas and, while there she happened to also fall in love with echidnas.

He likes examining different aspects of animals from around the world through still and moving pictures.

Steven Lesser | Steven lives in Killara, NSW, Australia, where he is the managing director of his own successful training and consulting company. He occasionally enjoys a pro bono stint as a tour guide for traveling business partners. He loves to share with visitors what truly amazing creatures koalas are by taking them to hidden places tourists usually don't get to see.
