There are three separate shopping cart areas on this site. Shipping information for most Koala Jo gift items is listed below. Koala Jo Gear, customizable items are are shipped directly from the manufacturer and so might have slightly different shipping options.

Most items are shipped within three days via USPS, first class mail, and take 3 days to get to continental destinations. We ship world-wide at very competitive pricing.

Payments through PayPal are preferred. If you don't already have a PayPal account, it is easy to sign up. Paypal also allows for credit card payments. Other accepted methods are checks and money orders. Please allow for checks to clear first.


International Shipping

For International orders You may get a separate email with updated shipping information. Note, that it's best to request exact fees before placing an order.

The Klassic Koalas store offers multiple shipping options for delivery within the U.S. plus international shipping across the globe.

In-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days with standard shipping. Expedited (Next Day/2 Day) will ship the next business day. Items ordered on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday and received Wednesday (if next day). Items ordered on Friday will be shipped on Monday and received on Tuesday (if next day). Remember, business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Koala Gear items are shipped via US Postal Service, UPS and DHL Worldwide for shipping. Shipping and handling charges and times for all items are as follows:
